5x5 help

Sorry if this has been posted before. I have searched and found nothing so don't kill me if this has been posted already. so anyway how can I get faster at the 5x5? my centers are around 50 seconds my edges are like 1 minute 40 seconds. and 3x3 stage is about 30 seconds. and I can not find a way to get faster at all. so do you have any tips to make me faster?
