If your favourite 3x3 is the Moyu WRM V9 Ball Core UV, what is your favourite 5x5? Others?

Looking to get my husband a few new cubes. He mainlines the Moyu V9 WRM v9 ballcore UV edition.
We just have cheapies for 4x4 and 5x5 currently but he really likes the 5x5. I am looking at the Gan 562 M UV, and the Moyu Aochuang V6 Double or triple track.
I'd also be interested in your favourite other puzzles as I still have time to return some of these in case my research led me astray. I'll put the ones I got him in parenthesis. We have several cheap 2x2 and pyraminx as well and hate them all but we have 4 kids who cube as well so they see use. We are never looking to compete but all have ADHD and it helps us focus. Prefer low noise or at least a steady sound. Nice smooth turns. Preferably a finish that will stand up to touch.

2x2:
4x4:
5x5:
Skewb: (Gan Skewb M Enhanced frosted)
Square-1:
Pyraminx: Gan Pyraminx enhanced (60 magnet version)...we own this and it's pretty good too.
Megaminx:
Clock: (Qiyi 2024)

Thank you! I know it truly varies but I've watched hundreds of videos and read so many sites and honestly I would just love some opinions from those who also really love the same 3x3 as that at least gives a good starting point. No budget. Generally prefer to buy one good thing and keep it.

Hi there! I main the WRM V10 also UV and Ball Core, so while not the V9 you can trust that i like a good moyu cube. in terms of 5x5, you certainly are on the right track. those are top of the line puzzles. I have never tried the aochuang myself, but i've done many solves on my friend's gan 562, and am extremely jealous haha. I believe that you guys will enjoy either. as for 4x4. the vin cube as well as any of the aosu v7's are decent choices. i personally main the vin cube.

for 2x2, there are plenty of great options, I personally main the qiyi ms. but that is discontinued so the price is rising. as for a puzzle with a pleasant sound profile, the 2x2's from the company Dayan are amazing. a puzzle that i would say to stay away from is the yj yupo. that line has poor quality control

for square 1, the undisputed best puzzle is the mgc. it is the only with with magnetic layers. other puzzles only have a magnetic slice.

for megaminx, the dayan megaminx pro and the gan v2 megaminx are great options, if you want a cheaper megaminx, the yj yuhu v2 and qiyi qiheng magnetic are great puzzles. the yj does have hit and miss quality control though but it is used by world class solvers. do note that the dayan has a very audible click after each turn. not sure if thats an issue.

hope this helps
