4x4x4

Arnaud.... you explained me at the NK 2006 how to solve the 4x4 just before I got my own 4x4 <_< ... well I had the pleasure to do the 5x5 on my own tough :D

We are soOo gonna race there at the dinner tomorrow

Figuring out a puzzle all by yourself (or even better, with friends) is the best thing about a new puzzle. I own about 50 different puzzles and I figured them all out myself except for 3x3x3 and 4x4x4 parities. I am especially proud of the solution I found for Magic and Master Magic (not fast, but using flips only just looks cool) and Square-1 (I just can't remember how I did that, it was very simple, but took only about 1 minute. I figured it out 18 years ago, but forgot)

After you found a solution yourself, compare it to how others (speedcubers) do it and either improve by using their method, or surprise them because you found a better way.

Maybe Erik Erik needs to become a company (phone-service) that let's people get where they want, but with a good excuse for getting there late. I know a lot of people that might be interested.

For all people that don't understand this, just think of the "Erik Erik" as being a tour guide in a city where you AND the tour guide don't know anything. The tour guide would pretend to get you from A to B and eventually you will get there, but by then you will also have been to CDEFGHIJKL and probably M :).
