4x4 edge matching parity question

what do i do if i have all of the edges on the U and D face solved, the 4 middle layer ones unsolved, but if i do a u' move all of the edges are now matched but the centers are misaligned?

edit: said corner in stead of edge

Sorry if its just me, but your question is kind of unclear to me. You said "if i have all of the corners on the U and D face solved" when in the title you said 4x4 edge matching parity question. Did you mean "all of the edges on the U and D face solved?". If this is about Edge matching on the 4x4, then did you mean that all the edges are paired up except for 2 edges? Sorry if that was confusing, but could you explain your question? ...actually maybe this might help you out instead
