Better Recognition for 3-2-3 edge pairing on 4x4

Anyone have any good tips for better recognition for edges in 3-2-3?
Also any help with center piece recog would be nice too

i occasinally use 323, because either im really focused or the edges are just ez.

I'm not the best at 3-2-3 recognition, but what I do is I look at what edges are in front of me and what's in the top (U) layer. Whatever edges aren't there, they must be in the back slots. Then you could peek at an angle to see (or in my case guess) which edges are in the back slots.
