Hey guys, I recently got my V-Cubes and have been solving them more often. However, I'm still having trouble occasionally on the 6x6 (LL only). My problem is I don't know how to execute the parity algs that I use for a 4x4 on a 6x6. Here's the algs I use and I hope you can help me out. Thanks.

Adj Dedge Swap: (L2 D x) (Uu)2 (Rr)2 U2 r2 U2 (Rr)2 (Uu)2 (x' D' L2)
Dedge Swap: (L2 D x) (Uu)2 (Rr)2 U2 r2 U2 (Rr)2 (Uu)2 (x' D' L2)
Dedge Flip: (Rr)' U2 (Ll) F2 (Ll)' F2 (Rr)2 U2 (Rr) U2 (Rr)' U2 F2 (Rr)2 F2

i think that on 6x6 you do 4x4 notation Rr as triple layer turn... On 4x4 you do Rr (Cut on middle) and in 6x6 you do R^3 :D
another example:
on 4x4: r -> on 6x6: (two inner right slices)

Hope that helps (never solved bigger than 3x3 :) )

What exactly do you mean by "having trouble"?

I explained in the original post. When I do my orientation or permutation algs, they aren't orienting/permuting like they should be.

That's what I thought, but it doesn't seem to be working.

moves like (Rr) should be performed with the 3 outer layers
moves like (r) should be performed with the 2 slice layers

Wow, this is exactly what I thought but I can't get any of my parity algs to work...might be time for a video.
yeah I solved my first 6x6 when i was over at my friends, and despite it being a TERRIBLE cube and popping once every 2 minutes (literally), I was on the lasy layer in about 20 minutes. i went to use the single edge oll parity, and the cube was ruined. I had to start all over again....

I just tried it on gabbasoft and the parity algs worked fine.

For the case in ur video I used R' U R U r2 U2 r2 Uu2 r2 Uu2 u R' U' R(r2 two inner slices).

Edit: just tried ur alg and it worked, the L2's and U2's should just be the outermost layers, and I dont think you did the x move.

Edit 2: Heres a video of ur alg in gabbasoft. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuUK1-qRBVY

Thanks for the video. I finally got it working. I honestly have no idea what I was thinking .

I guess I was just having a brain-fart for a few hours! And thanks AVGalen for your help too.
