3x3x5 (x-cube) parity/edge swap

Im having trouble solving this parity i havent seen this case in any youtube video ive been to reddit and everyon gives me the same response “solve it like a 5x5” now that would be helful if i had a 5x5 but i dont so its not i just need the list of algs or an actual word of advice that is useful ive watched hr cuber do it and he gets a different case where he does an adjacent egde swap but he already had parity i need to do the edge swap but the i get parity and i watched some other guy but he gets this case but on the left side please help me.....(Left is orange side with a red bar and right is red with orange bar)
