this is a solve can i please have tips on improving

yeah i have been solveing about a year and i want to improve

If you can see ahead, do burst algorithms. Solve really slowly and look ahead and see if you can do things in the least moves and as strategically as possible. Then use all those skills in a faster solve. Those were the tips I got when I was noob. I'm still quite noob avg 30 secs but yer. Just incase you didn't know.

There's a huge pause in your OLL to PLL transition. Learn some PLL recognition, that way you'll notice the case more quickly. Search on youtube/here for PLL recognition. There are good tutorials out there that you'll find.

Just slow down, or turn slower, so that you can actually lookahead causing you to just turn the cube without pauses. This might feel slow, but it isn`t when you know that you have omitted the pauses. And yes, you could work on PLL recognition. There are some videos on youtube. You might even want to learn some F2L tricks, although they aren't that helpful.
