So I am trying to learn how to do 3BLD and I tried solving blindfolded several times and my memorization seemed to be right. I first memorized the corners, then the edges and then executed the edges and then the corners. But I got the corners wrong after having solved the edges, every time. So I decided to solve while looking at the cube to see if I was making any mistake. But when I reached the corners stage I realized that the orientation of the corners was completely different from what it was on the scrambled cube. Please help.

The 'orientation' in your sentense puzzles me. Are you sure only the orientation is wrong - then your memo or execution has mistakes. If you shoot to the correct piece in a wrong spot, you will shoot every piece after it to the right location but wrong spot.
Do you know what Parity in 3BLD is?
Can you tell me your Corner and Edge algorithms?

Interesting, can you make a video(can be sighted) of your scramble and what you do to the edges

I can give an example.
Scramble - F2 L U2 B2 D2 F2 R F2 R U2 L2 D F2 L' B R2 U2 B D' U2 B
White on top, green in front
The lettering scheme might be different so I'll just describe what I do. The UL sticker is the buffer. When the first cycle breaks, the UR sticker piece starts the next one and the UB sticker starts the final one.
There is parity but even after executing the alg the corners don't come in the same position as the initial one.
