Help with 3bld memo

I've recently started to practice 3bld again, after getting a 2:40 min single in a competition. Right now, I'm sub 2 (I think?) and really struggling with memo. After doing some research, I started to push my memo to 50 seconds, then 40. After more than 50 solves, I only managed to get 2 succeses (with some close DNFs). How can I get more consistent with my memo? (I use M2/OP, letter pairs with audio memo for edges and visual memo for corners, CEEC memo, I created an Anki deck for my letter pairs, but I'm still not used to them and also tried some edge and corner only solves, with a low success rate). Maybe I just need to practice more, but I want to see if I'm missing something.
