2x2x2 program?

Hey guys, is it possible for anyone to post all the possible first layer AND first face moves possible on a scrambled 2x2x2? I mean to solve the FL/FF of a scrambled 2x2. Assuming you're CN.

Or,
Can anyone somehow create a program/code/whatever to make this possible and generate optimal algs for all the possible FL/FF cases? Or does it already exist? Im as good as a siberian tiger when it comes to programming, so ya, mind helping out? Is it even possible? =p
