You also can't flip edges with only 2-gen moves. So any 2-gen OLLs will only orient corners.

Emerson correctly points out that <M,U> is also 2-gen. Here are the 2-gen OLLs which can be done in <M,U>:

adjacent edge flip: M' U M U2 M' U M
opposite edge flip: M' U M' U M' U2 M U M U M U2 [sorry, don't know a faster way]
4 edge flip: M' U2 M U2 M' U M U2 M' U2 M

And <r,U> is also 2-gen so technically r U' r2 U r2 U r2 U' r and r' U r2 U' r2 U' r2 U r' are also 2-gen OLL algs. I'm pretty sure all OLLs can be done in <r,U>.

On the megaminx you can permute corners with 2-gen algs. For example (L2 U2 L'2 U)^4 performs a CW 3-cycle of corners.

You can solve any OLL that only involves rotating the UFR/UFL/UBR corners using <F,R>. I don't think you can do any other OLLs/PLLs though (on the U face that is).

In case you thought I meant them to be able to solve all OLL, that's not the case. I mentioned those as more 2-gens for OLL and PLL, with <F,R> for exactly what Mitchell wrote.
