sub 10

I have a PB single of 12 seconds, a PB ao5 of 15.79 seconds, and a current 18.90 AO100, but yet I still get 23-second solves all the time. How do I know if I am really Sub-20? (Advice given could probably apply to any barrier, though) (This is on 3x3, of course)

So, winter break is coming up and I want to grind. Right now, J average around mid 12 on a normal day. I want to become sub 10 by february for western champs. I will ask for help on this thread.

first solve of the final round for mcc beta today was this. the average was 13.2, but i almost didnt make it to finals at all... i rage quit fourth with one solve left but i was persuaded to finish. got an 11.00 and made it through with a 14.5ish avg. (thanks for the +2 kit >_>) first...

Steps: Really just a fun thing that I decided to practise. I'm not advocating it as a method or anything, because F2B is so much more efficient. I'd be interested to see how fast the really fast CFOPers can solve F2B with this method though, as you get a lot of easy xcrosses and one move...
