help with 7x7

I just got the aufu 5v triple track UV 7x7, and it is sooooo nice

problem is I really want to get a sub 4 single/ average sub 4.
what are some 7x7 specifics tips to help me improve, I average around 4:20

i have an aofu double track and average about 4:20, i kind of just do a solve whenever i feel like it and get better somehow, and my pb's 3:51

I'm sub-3 (with the Meilong, still waiting for the Aofu at my birthday, also with redux) and I honestly have no idea what I did to achieve any barrier. But it was likely copious amounts of 7x7 solves (~1.9k since January when I started maining the event at sub-4).
Currently I am trying to find the perfect TPS/lookahead balance, which I have achieved in some solves where I have not stopped turning once and gotten low 2:40s, so my biggest tip for you is to have good lookahead/flow. Turn as fast as you can during centers but slow it down in edges to a point where you can lookahead to every piece.
