I need help to get Sub 10

So I've been averaging 10-13 for a while and I can get a sub 10 on a decent enough scramble but I really want to get sub 10 consistently.
I know:
- Full CFOP
- A few ZBLLs
My lookahead is ok but I think it could get better
Also I find it difficult predicting Cross+1 ininspection
And I think my TPS is really slow

So if anyone could give me tips to improve and ways to practice, I would really appreciate it.

practice each individual step. a lot. try to build fluidity from OLL to PLL and work on faster recognition for all cases. practicing F2L is the most important part because it makes up so much of your solve

work on very fluid F2L, and practice planing in inspection

But also here are my splits
Cross: 1-2 secs
F2L: 5-7 secs
OLL: 1-2 secs
PLL: 1-2 secs

Certainly work on your F2L, its definitely holding you back. I average sub-9 and my cross and LL splits are similar to yours.

Im not sub 10 but my goal is also, ill try to give tips that might help
Try to get your cross in 1sec,or not learn an x cross,only a +1 ,if x cross then try 1.8-2 secs
For f2l,try learning advanced f2l, i dont know if this is a good idea but try to lower your f2l times to averaging 5secs
For last layer,try to make your last layer (OLL and PLL) 3 secs,so 1.5 secs for OLL and PLL so try to increase the speed and use good finger tricks,try to learn 2 sided PLL recognition and recognize it very fast

Im not sub 10 so i dont know the splits but ill give you one

Cross: 1 secs
F2l: 5 secs
OLL: 1.5 secs
PLL:1.5 secs
Total: 9 secs
With x cross
X cross:1.8-2 secs
F2L:4-4.5 secs
OLL:1.5 secs
PLL:1.5 secs
