I need help to get Sub 10

So I've been averaging 10-13 for a while and I can get a sub 10 on a decent enough scramble but I really want to get sub 10 consistently.
I know:
- Full CFOP
- A few ZBLLs
My lookahead is ok but I think it could get better
Also I find it difficult predicting Cross+1 ininspection
And I think my TPS is really slow

So if anyone could give me tips to improve and ways to practice, I would really appreciate it.

practice each individual step. a lot. try to build fluidity from OLL to PLL and work on faster recognition for all cases. practicing F2L is the most important part because it makes up so much of your solve

But also here are my splits
Cross: 1-2 secs
F2L: 5-7 secs
OLL: 1-2 secs
PLL: 1-2 secs

Certainly work on your F2L, its definitely holding you back. I average sub-9 and my cross and LL splits are similar to yours.
