Hey guys!

I just felt like making a thread so a made this

The most embarrassing thing that's happened to me: I lost my pyraminx at a competition and cried about it, and at another one I cried because I missed skewb when I was supposed to compete in it (I was like 10 or 11, ok?)

+2 ing out of 3x3 finals in catskills comp and being 0.3 seconds behind of getting into 16th place.(it was a small comp and i got 17th)

it was the first solve

I was once judging at 2x2, and it turned there was a 4 move scramble. One of the competitors got a 1.33 and was like “YES, Let’s go, NR!”. Me, who had no clue what the Austrian NR for 2x2 single actually was, got super excited and told everyone about it, even the actual Austrian NR holder.

Turns out that the guy who got the 1.33 was from Lichtenstein

Liechtenstein 2x2 records show that NR single is a 2.80, what comp was this at and how do you know this person was from Liechtenstein?

A list of things I got wrong/misremembered:
1. It wasn’t Lichtenstein, it was Luxemburg
2. The time still wasn’t a 1.33, it was a 1.83 actually
3. It isn’t even NR anymore

He told me he was from Luxemburg and not from Austria after he heard that I was telling everyone we had a new NR, which made it even more embarrassing

Stealing a cube of my friend by mistake

I have done this once in a 2016 competition where I kept a Meiying cube in my bag unknowingly and made my friend anxious for an hour before I decided to use my brain and check my bag and spot his cube.

I had to apologise a lot of times for my brainfart yo.
I've done that too except I actually took it home by mistake
