    Qiyi Pyraminx popping and tension

That's actually what I ended up doing.... It doesn't pop anymore but is really stiff like it is too tight. Got a lock up on it this morning lol. I'm still messing around with it and will probably just use it for idle solving or somthing to have in the car. It is a nice puzzle no doubt but after...

    Qiyi Pyraminx popping and tension

hey everyone, I just picked up the Qiyi Pyraminx. I broke it in with about 100 solves then took it apart to lube and adjust everything. The ballbearings I loosened 1/4 turn ( from 12 o'clock position to 9 ) and lubed with 30k on the hardware and 10k on the pieces. Then a drop of 25 wt shock oil...

    The problems with puzzles thread

I know this is a bit of an older thread but I saw this and decided what the heck.... I'm bored. I swapped the springs with the GTS and the MF3RS and I must say I am very impressed. the MF3RS became so much better. The corner cutting improved in both directions and is still very stable. The GTS...

looks like I may have narrowed it down to the Weilong GTS. I'll probably grab the mf3rs as well as its only 5 bucks. From what I've read Moyu cubes all have a similar feel. Is that correct?

I've read and seen a lot about it and am very interested. I'm also looking at the fang yuan.... just trying to find that feel because I love the feel of the mf3. Does the weilong gts2 have the same feel to it? Sorry if I seem odd

    [Help Thread] Puzzle Choice Thread

I really am considering it and am hoping to find that same feel the MF3 has. I have also been looking at the Fang Yuan, Yuxin 3x3, and the Thunderclap V1.....

    [Help Thread] Puzzle Choice Thread

Hello, I currently have the Thunderclap v2 and the MF3. I really love the feel of the MF3 but the Thunderclap V2 has excellent corner cutting. I am trying to find the feel of the MF3 which to me is fast, stable and controlable but really lacks in the corner cutting. Does the MF3RS have the same...

    Weishi gts 6x6 question

Cool. Thanks for your help... I've been tweeking the tensions and it is now feeling scratchy between the middle layers but not as stiff as it was. Don't really want to put much more lube in it...I might try swapping the springs and see what happens

    Weishi gts 6x6 question

Yeah, I'll play around with the tensions some more and if I can't them I'll try swapping the springs.... any suggestions for springs that might fit??

    Weishi gts 6x6 question

    Weishi gts 6x6 question

Everything appears to be seated well.... I spread the layers to check.... or should I disassemble? Right now the outer layers feel ok and they get stiffer as you go inward with the center two being scratchy or sandpapery and very snug
