Do a U or U' before. You're doing it from the wrong angle, just like you can do any PLL from the wrong angle.

Why after I do and E perm I have to do a H perm?

You are off by a U or a U', check whether your alg needs the Front Right sticker to much the Right edge or the Right Front sticker needs to match the Front Edge sticker and always position you E like that, preferably too avoid AUF, which you should be able to do half the time, like a Z perm.

Why not read replies to questions you ask, also new scramble?
