I have one problem: for me, it's really difficult to concentrate when I'm doing a solve.
I know I would get much better times if I concentrate. But I try it and every time, I keep thinking on my own things.
This affects me at the f2l basically. Do you now any tip for this?

I think you should first relax(listen to some music), empty your mind and only think about cubing. Hope this helped!

I would recommend distraction training. I used to do BLD solves with my alarm clock going off almost the whole time. Try to put yourself into a situation where it's difficult to focus on cubing. Then take away all those distractions and it will feel comparatively easier to focus. Distractions are definitely present during competitions, so try to get used to solving with distractions present. That's my advice.

In a competition I'm am more concentrated haha. Just the pressure makes me concentrate

Try looking up some meditation techniques. They probably follow a similar line of thought of eliminating distractions. Whenever you trail off and think of other things ask yourself why. I usually set a timer when I do something like cubing and even for school work since I get more distracted with school work than cubing. The idea is that while the timer is going only think about the task at hand. Everything else can wait until the timer goes off. When you have a distracting thought while the timer is running just remind yourself not until the time is up. For cubing you don't really need a timer if you just tell yourself the above right before each solve. When you get faster, solves go by so quickly that you don't have time to think about other things at least in my experience and if I did think of other things then that tells me I am not using my full attention and I just try harder each solve to stay concentrating.
