[Unofficial] 6.03 3x3 Single (last layer skip)

I'm not trying to contest the legitimacy of this solve, but saying it would be hard to fake is untrue.

1. Get a LL skip solve off camera (you even say you get many) and store scramble
2. Turn on camera. Do a normal solve
3. Read the prepared scramble off the screen that is not visible on camera, solve it and get a good time
4. Put the scramble in qqtimer by using e.g. chromes "Inspect Element" feature
5. Post the video

Pretty easy way, that's why I like it when the whole screen is visible.

Doesn't that seem like a bit much effort for a way lucky solve? I highly doubt she would do that.

Edit: didn't read first line. Sorry..

For all the nonbelievers of this solve. Have you tried the scramble?

I'm a super noob and I can see all the F2L pairs intuitively in the same order she solved them.

I solve the cross the same look at the cube. Choose the F2L I'd do and copy her moves and get the same F2L in the same order she choose because they are the most obvious ones.

F2L#1 in your right hand super obvious
F2L#2 Same spot in your right hand in your face but with obvious other F2L in your face as well to track. Build easy one without destroying F2L#1
F2L#3 Don't know if it was intentional but 3 pair is free. Insert it.
Then last slot in FR with both pieces obvious even if you didn't look ahead
LL skip.

That wasn't fake. That was just an easy obvious solve with a lucky LL skip.

Good Job btw =D

For he who asked for me to post an Ao12, I don't have a suitable camera or setup at the moment to film a legit average. I cube in my room, where it's quiet and the lighting is well-suited for cubing. That means all hand scrambling. I don't do TTW very much becuase my computer is downstairs next to a loud tv in bad lighting, so I average like 15 seconds. Bleh.

Ya know what, who cares if it was faked? It was likely not faked, I don't take her to be the type to fake solves. And what do we have to gain by saying it WAS faked?! We only look like people who are trying to put someone down (which is pretty jerkish behavior) and we are only trying to tarnish the reputation of a well-respected, much-loved member of this community. I'm sorry I was skeptical. The worst that could happen is it WAS faked and she had nothing to really prove to us anyway. I like the chick, and her cubing is impressively fast.

Won't kill us if there's another among us who can cube like a baws.

so you don't average 12. Hand scrambles are a lot easier. Why don't you generate scrambles and print them?

There's also a pic that shows solve is legit.

Plus, she would at least have made it sub 6. :p

You've claimed multiple times that you average sub 10.. If you don't have a computer in your room and you have to hand scramble, how do you time yourself? Something just doesn't add up to me.

This video is showing my new set up for 3x3 solves, as you can see the scramble is show while solving/scrambling. Since short of going to a comp and getting a sub 9 solve hopefully this will help show for those who are doubtful of my solves that they are in fact real.

I have a timer in my room and I have a program on a calculator which I use to add up times.

Then is it really that hard to print off a sheet of scrambles? I just honestly refuse to believe you're sub 10 in six months. That doesn't add up. I don't care how crappy the camera is, if you have one, please just film some solves.
