It's exactly 1/15,552: OLL skip 1/216 x PLL skip 1/72. I've never had one, and if I did it would probably follow terrible F2L!

Yeah I couldn't remember if it was right or not (I knew it was 15,5xx). I've had 2 or 3 (at least 2) and they were all untimed :fp
