How two improve?

I want to faster but I don't want to put in any effort or practice. Can someone pwetty pree tell me the secret that you don't tell everyone else that asks? Can you help me based on the very little info I have given? And don't just say useless advice like go slow and look ahead cos that's silly cos slow doesn't make you fast.

what u should do is turn as fast as u can and dont look ahead at all
