Translation of 7x7 part:
1:41 And now is the final trick. It’s the last and the final part of my performance.
1:53 Here is a puzzle that I feared the most to solve in the air.
2:07 In front of you there are 20 Rubik's Cubes 7x7.
2:14 Solving of this cube is many times more complicated than of the classic Rubik's cube 3x3.
2:21 Each of these 20 cubes is scrambled differently and each of them I memorized beforehand.
2:35 And now one of these cubes I'll try to solve with closed eyes.
2:43 For this, I need your help.
2:49 I have a soft toy which I now throw to you. And the person, who catches it, will be asked to call any number from 1 to 20.
03:00 I'll turn away to make everything honest.
03:04 Are you ready? "Yes." Catch!
03:14 So, I would ask you to call a number from one to ... “Seven” Number Seven! “Seven, yes!”
03:19 Thank you very much!
03:22 I close my eyes, and I ask my assistant to give me the cube at number seven.
And then no translation required :))

Aha! Look at the cubes around 12:00. Cubes 5 and 9 look very similar. In addition, some sticker patterns (such as three white stickers around a corner sticker) appear on several of the cubes. I have a feeling that, instead of actually memorizing 20 fully scrambled 7x7x7s, Maxim memorized 20 sequences of moves that solve the scrambled-looking puzzles - and that these 20 sequences are quite similar.

This is still very cool and very impressive (and great showmanship) - but it's not something you would see in a competition or UWR list :)

LOOK at 4 and 10 even closer

Illusions are all set up but people don't know how they do it. He is just taking advantage of the fact that the audiences and the judges are cubers.

The audience and the judges are NOT cubers. He's not actually faking (well, maybe all the cubes in OH solves were scrambled in the same way).
Yes, Maxim solves 7x7 using scramble reverse, but he doesn't say "I made and memorized cycles and now I'm gonna solve the cube with buffers and commutators like real bld solvers do". This is what any speedcuber means but not what average person. He says "I memorized these cubes", meaning "I memorized scrambles".
On the other hand, if some non-cuber figures out that it was just scramble reverse, he will also think that the whole blindfold cubing is fake and is done by scramble reverses. That's why my feelings about Maxim are mixed. In a way he can discredit people who really can do big cubes bld (or just simple bld).
Leaving that behind, his first bld solve was legit.
