I made a video of the 'Magic friends' cube that I received this week. I must say I am very surprised by this cube.

It is clearly a Dayan knock off but with more rounded corners and edges. This makes the cube feel more solid and expensive.

EDIT: I am a slow turner so the solves in the video are fast for me, but must look awfully slow to some of you , and of course Dayan is and will be the best cube out there, so I would recommend buying any Dayan over this cube. But it is a nice addition if you like to collect different brand cubes.

I got me one yesterday so I can confirm or deny hopefully soon enough whether this is indeed THAT cube.

LOL, not really.. Weird English accent, mumbling inside mouth, shacky hands... I just wanted to show this cube since I think more people will be interested in having a cube like that.

Is it out of the box better than a dayan?

Definatly... But not speedwise I guess. It's smoother, 0% lockups..

Yes it is- FangCun is also in Stickerless as well as in 6 Solid colors.

What do you mean with speedwise?

I mean, out of the box is real smooth and turns perfect. However, a Zhanchi out of the box is not real smooth (most of the times it feels bumpy because it needs to be broken in) but it is fast. Zhanchi is faster. Like all my Zhanchi's are faster than my Guhongs. I guess you can compare the Magic friends best with a Guhong.
