I don't think this one's meant to replace the R' U' F' one, it's just a cool one I found, and I'm obviously not going to use it in speedsolves. It's also a good alg to know, it might come in handy for FMC, who knows...

As F perm is a 2C2E I would look for an insertion using optimal J, L , T etc which are only 10 HTM
