He probably means "most recent". I don't think he's a native English speaker.

He's not his on his youtube channel he speaks Spanish and the descriptions sometimes are in Spanish.

Not yet. My girlfriend has our cammera, so I have to wait to make a video of this puzzle.

Exactly, It was built from a floopy, I just cut the edges and then I extend the corners with the cut parts.

And yes, I'm not a native speaker, I'm from Argentina, but I live in Spain since I was a child.
It's easy to build, everybody can make one. Probably I'll make a video tutorial explaining how to make this one. Besides it, I have some video tutorial in my youtube channel, explaining how to make rubik mods.
