0:32 - says "Missing 2.45", but the inspection for the 2.45 is actually being filmed. The solving was not filmed, somehow.
0:40 - you can see a scene transition, and the orientation of the 3x3 on the table also changes. This is where the inspection for the 4th solve actually starts.
0:48 - starts solving
So while it seemed he took more than 15s, that was the combined inspection of the 3rd and 4th solves.
