No, that was a joke. I had just started inspection like 3 seconds before he said that. Listen really close and you'll here him say "Okay, now it's 8 seconds" 2 seconds or so seconds before I start. No +2
EDIT: Skip to 7, and you'll here him say "Now it's 8 seconds"
