Need help in cubes with arrow, need algorithms to solve cubes with arrow. The algorithms I use now cannot work for cubes with arrow. Anyone can help me please? Sorry I am new cubist still noob in cubing. :o

I assume you mean a cube with arrows as stickers instead of colors, in which case the algorithms you know will still work. Of course, you have to figure out which ones to use when since it's not always obvious where things have to go, but isn't that the point?

You can make all the center arrows point in the same direction except the last layer one with intuition.

For the last layer arrow, do the T-Perm twice to turn the center 180 degrees.

And do the U-Perm 3 times to turn the center 90 degrees.

you can also solve it like a normal 3x3 and don't bother about the orientation of the centres.
in the end end you just apply a combination of the following algos until everything is correct:

U 90° clockwise & F 90° anti-clockwise:
F B' L R' U D' F' U' D L' R F' B U

U 90° clockwise & D 90° anti-clockwise:
R L' F2 B2 R L' U R L' F2 B2 R L' D'

U 180°:
U RL U2 R'L' U R L U2 R' L'

And do the U-Perm 3 times to turn the center 90 degrees.

That's only if you do the 2-gen U perm, doing the commutator U-perm 3 times will turn the center by 180 degrees. (It turns the center 180 degrees every time.)

If you really want to know how an algorithm affects the centers, take out a pen and paper and see how "balanced" it is. Match up R's with Ri's. Do that with every turn. If there are 2 R's, then it rotates a that center 180 degrees.
