That is crazy. The memo and execution are both incredible. What are these speed-optimized 3-cycles (and how many do you know?)? Could you add a bit of explanation of your thinking to your solution?

It's basically the same as BH, but the commutators might not be optimal. For example I'd do R' U R' D R U' R' D' R2 (9 moves) instead of y R U L2 U' R' U L2 U' y' (8 moves) because it's a lot faster. Or do x <RU> U perm x' instead of x M2 U M U2 M' U M2 x' .

I know all 378 corner cases and 440 edge cases but I need to replace some because they're not fast enough. I don't really need to think during execution, because when I recall memo I just do the algs that's associated with the words in my sentences. If I'm going through memo and I hear "Kir" I know to do RUM'U2MUR'

....although to be honest I used almost double your inspection time, didn't include that in the solving time and I looked at the cube the entire time. My move count was roughly the same, but TPS was about 35% slower
