Got it with Samurai Warriors, and loving it.
Having to hold it a certain way to see the 3d is kinda annoying, but other than that I have no complaints.

I'm waiting for better games.
So far, the launch titles aren't doing it for me. So, I'm just playing the waiting game.

I'm hoping this cartoon here won't be true, but so far, it seems like it:

Also, have you guys tried drawing or printing big giant versions of the AR card and trying it out? It's so cool.
Watch some videos on it, if you haven't seen them yet.

I decided to take the plunge and ordered one yesterday. Am getting it tomorrow. I've only had Gameboys and PSPs up till now, the DS never really took my fancy.
I did some reading on the 3ds when it still cost 250 bucks and wasn't happy with the price. So yesterday I noticed that they dropped the price by 100 dollars and ordered one on a whim. Without doing any further research first, which is a 1st for me...

So last evening I did take the time to read some stuff on it, turns out it's a flop and has gotten Nintendo into deep poo. Gah! Hope they manage to get their act together as I was kinda looking forward to this thing. Nintendo seemed to be out running everybody in terms of stand alone handhelds for the past years, so I didn't give it a second thought.

I don't like games on my iPhone and sincerely hope the iPhone is not the future of handheld gaming as everybody is stating...
Ironic, because Steve Knobs was totally against games on the iPhone at first if I recall correctly...

But there's still the new PSP coming out next year...so...That said; I still have at least 5 original PSP I games that I haven't even unsealed and played yet...bought them a year ago...

I guess cubing has kinda taken over, used to be an avid gamer...

It's far from a flop when it has these titles coming:

Super Mario 3D Land
Mario Kart 7
Kid Icarus: Uprising
Resident Evil Revelations
Monster Hunter Tri G
Monster Hunter 4
Professor Layton Vs. Phoenix Wright
Paper Mario
Animal Crossing
Fire Emblem
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

And many others.

Yeah, you'll be buying the Nyko battery pack soon, oh and the extra joystick and L2/R2 chunky attachment they're bringing in to get Capcom's business. And if that gets mainstream, seems obvious to me a new model of 3DS is coming.
Still, the announcement of MH3G and MH4 has got me pretty happy. Let's just hope Capcom ain't a ***** about it and don't localise it for Europe (apparently Australia counts as Europe.
Nintendo has been pretty shitty about the whole thing. I bought it for $350AUD, around $355/$360 USD, because that's what it sold for at launch. Since I've noticed the shitty battery life, and hard to press Dpad that squeeks. Most of the games on Wikipedia sounded great, but so far all we're getting is remakes, many which I already had. I bought Rayman, and gave up. They literally did nothing to change the game, except omgwow3d!
The ingame instructions are labeled for the PS1/2 "X to jump". Not only that but it's packed with glitches. My sister just bought a 3DS (she doesn't live with us anymore so i couldn't advise against it). She bought Zelda for kicks (we have both '64 Zelda games) and they've turned on easy mode! Apparently they give way more tips.
Loyal Nintendo fans have been let down. Their best fans bought it at launch, and have been screwed over with battery life, controller pack, and a huge pricecut, which was made up for with what will be 30 free old games. Too bad I have a NES and SNES, and the games I didn't have have been crap.

Yeah, it's pretty awesome. I've only tried 4 A3 sheets of paper, it was pretty big.
Best feature of the 3DS IMO, not counting backward capacity with DS games.

This post has taken me a while to write, stupid laggy phone :p
