How do you <M, U>?

I can't believe this thread actually turned into serious discussion of FBF o_O

Anyway, on topic: I do M' and M with left middle finger (I don't know how so many people do it with ring; it feels so uncomfortable...), and I do M2 with left ring-then-middle. I use both index fingers for U moves.

M' - Left ring
M - Right index or r' R/R r'
M2 - Left ring twice
U - Right index
U' - Left index
U2 - Right index then right middle

I think this is accurate for what I do most of the time. I've tried two-finger M2 before, but I just never gave it enough practice to feel comfortable with it.

Hehe. I may as well confess I tried the UFFS method.
i.e. the turn U Forty-Five degrees and use a Screwdriver method.

However I never have used PTS... It's a funny thing people usually don't get SP right. (Peel The Stickers; Side Permutation)
Of course, that's only if they actually manage to do SS. (Sticker Sticking)

i do an M2 with both ring fingers, a M' with a right ring finger, and M with a right ring finger, sometimes R r', U and U' with both index fingers, and a U2 with right index and middle.

So you do the U moves all with your left hand then?

Not necessarily. For algs like (M' U M U2 M' U M):
M': Right ring pushing BD
U: Right index
M: Right ring pulling back to BD, similar to D moves in the Rowe E-perm
U2: It's really a U2' with left index+middle flick
M' U M: Repeat as above.
So for me, it varies. Whatever feels right.

Ah yeah... Because for me I find doing M in one hand and U in the other much faster.
But yeah, we all do it differently, hence the creation of this thread ;)
