I just ordered one as well. I've mostly been using an F2 cube, and I've tried a few DIY kits of various types of cubes but when I put them together I never know if I have it 'right.' I know it's about personal feel etc, but at the same time being a super newb I have no reference point as to how a good cube 'should' turn and how much friction a good cube has.
I'm excited to get this because after this at least I'll have a baseline reference point I can use to benchmark any future cubes.
