New 8 year old cuber!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everybody!! I have been cubing for about 3 or 4 months but have just recently got an account on the speedsolving forums. I can solve a 2x2, a 3x3, and magic. For 2x2, I average 20 seconds, 3x3 I average barely sub - 50, and for magic I average 5 seconds. I really hope to be involved in the forums from now on. Oh and I'm 8 years old.

Hello, have a good time on the forums. Like MrIndianTeen said, start on the race to sub30 thread and then go to the other threads and such. Also, try to expand the amount of events you do so that you don't get bored. Learning new methods is fun as well. Good luck!

8 years old? Mamma mia.

I suggest getting a 4x4 and learning reduction. 4x4 is one of the most fun events in my opinion. And, if you want a good beginner 4x4, get either a QJ 4x4 or a Ghosthand II 4x4. Both can be found here.

Hey bud! Welcome to the forum! 8 years old, wowza! Good job on getting into cubing then, when I was that age, I was playing PS2 etc constantly! How did you get interested in speedcubing in the first place? I would like to know :)

Sure, I still like playing PS2 but cubing is just another story. I got interested into cubing because of my older brother (MrIndianTeen) went to his first comp and said it was really fun and I wanted to experience one for myself. :)

Intersting

Funny thing is I tried to teach my 7yr old sister how to do magic
but that was the worst mistake i made in my life of cubing :P
