Coll notation help

Can someone explain to me whats up with the coll notation??? What are all the fs and bs whatever?

Recog is mostly by opposite colors. Its confusing at first and very different from OLL but look at the oposite colors.

Those arrows don't really help with recognition since they tell you how the corner pieces will be permuted. It's probably more helpful to look at the top.

It helps when you don't have access to a computer and don't understand the recognition for that particular case. It took me FOREVER to figure out which stickers to recognize sune with.
