Help with mastering PLL.

I can't get all of my PLL's below 2 sec. Some of them is below 2 sec. and some of them are not. I use the algorithms from Dan Harris website, without Z perm, but I can get Z perm below 2 sec. anyway. I think it's my finger tricks, and not the algorithms. Could somebody post all the algorithms that they get under 2 sec. in average of 5, and make a video where they show first how to do it slow, and then go fast? Also, does anyone know about something that can make my finger tricks better?

You're better off trying different grips or grouping different moves together. It probably is your fingertricks. Look for some of Dan's algorithm videos. For your fingertricks, look for any optimal sets of moves you can do lightning quick. You don't have to stick to the notation. Try different angles and put in a cube rotation when necessary.

Sometimes, it's the algo that makes it hard to do fingertricks. So, your problem could be a bit of both. if you're just kinda stuck with an algo, and you feel you're not gonna get anywhere (in terms of execution speed), you might wanna try looking for a more comfortable/better algo.

I tried ro find some algs that were better, but I got to be sure it WAS better. Or it's just wasting of time. Thats why I started this thread, to hear what people who already learned the algs think about it.

@badmephistio: I was talking to Bob at the competition, about his V perm, like how he does all of the rotations and double layer turns with it.
He is just SO awesome at it, and here I've benn doing it for quite some time, and I still have trouble sub-3'ing it!

I guess I will look at Joel's page for some of my PLL's that are above 2.20 seconds..

Arg!! What happened? I was watching a few videos, then suddenly the videos start playing one frame at a time!! I can't seem to get it to play properly!! Why must these things be so difficult?

After a little practise with the V-perm I can get sub1.7, it really isn't that hard.

I use Dan Knights' one on YouTube. I average about 2.2 seconds, but sub2 on a nice one, and sub1.7 on a really good one.
