How should I break sub-20?

I'm nowhere near sub-20 but i'll summarize information i've heard :p

F2L can always get faster. Sub-10 F2L would be nice

And/or

Get all PLLs sub3

as far as i know, OLL is just used for consistency. PLL and F2L help out times (or destroy times) the most. Having 20+ OLLs would help significantly though

I'm about the same as you lotsofsloths, with a 7ish LL. I got my first sub 20 average a few days ago but still average about 21.

But you say you are going to go slow on the last F2L pair? I was always taught to finish the last one as fast as you can because you'll have to slow to look at the OLL anyway.

I am trying to break sub-20 but I really don't know what to work on:
F2l: 10-14sec
LL: 7ish seconds.
What should I work on?
Should I learn all of the OLLs?
Or should I just work on F2l

I meant go slow on the inserting of every F2l pair(the last part of that section you have to solve.)

ALSO:
I took an average of 12:

19.00!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! :) Beat me by .93 :P my hands were shaking violently the last few solves xD.
