I use the same alg for the OLL he get's but I noticed he did it in a better way than I used to. So I switched to doing it like that and today I got 2 PLL-skips after that OLL! I'm just solving and thinking: "oh, here's that World Record OLL again, now I'm gonna get a PLL-skip." And I did twice ... unbelievable

i still think he might have done it under 9 secs but he wasted something like
half a second before he put the cube down, probably just couldn't believe

Well, he doesn't do the y2 because it is allready in the correct AUF.

I've studied Edouard's style quite a bit and his turn rate is actually quite high. He just makes it look so effortless because of his precise movements and fingertricks.

One more thing, his cube, it's one of the smoothest I ever tried. Turns easy and soundless but is not wery loose, like the old flat centre ones (studio cubes are like that).
