I have some problems with my method of doing PLL. I use a 4LLL.
I use the 7 OLLs for when the cross is oriented, and can do that fast. So my time boils down to
F2L - 20
OLL - 5
PLL - 15

As you can see, not very good.

For doing the PLL, I use R' D2 R U2 R D2 R U' R' D2 R U' R' D2 R U' to place the corners.

Once the corners are placed, I do 1 of 2 moves to finish it off.
F2 U (Or U') L R' F2 L' R U( or U') F2 (Sometimes needs to be done twice)

M2 U2 M2 U' M2 U2 M2 U

Now, I am too lazy to learn the full OLL/PLL. What is another alternative that could get me finishing it off in a more decent amount of time?

It should be very easy to get your "PLL" under 10 seconds, even with doing corners and edges separately. And personally I think you are ready to start learning all the PLL's anyway. I don't think it's really worth the effort until you are under 40 seconds avg at least, because a similar amount of practice on f2l would probably take more seconds off your time until progress on f2l gets much harder.

Here's my LL method with bugger all OLL/PLL knowledge.

Orient Edges: (R' F' U' F U) R [1-3 seconds] {0-3 algs}
Orient Corners: Niklas or Anti-Niklas [2 seconds] {0-2 algs}
Permute Corners: J Perm or T Perm [2-5 seconds] {0-2 algs}
Permute Edges: U/Z/H Perm [2-4 seconds] {0-1 alg}

Last Layer [7-14 seconds] {0-8 algs}

Tim.

You shouldn't complain if you'r lazy about learning it. Then I guess you'r to lazy to learn those algs that we're mentioning.

Thanks! That really helped. :D

here's an idea
why not learn an alg that swaps adjacent corners (like T or J) and opposite corners (i recommend Y, since that also teaches you 2 OLLs :P), as well as all edge permutations (u z h)

then you can always solve the PLL in 2 algs! :O

Man, your looking at a 27-28 second solve time if you put a little effort into it. Pll's are easy to learn; work on 4 at a time (or one section at a time) until you get them all and in 2 weeks or less you will be cruising.

I know Z and H perm. Not sure why, but I randomly know those two.

But I will look up those algorithms. Thank you all so much for the help! I already have dropped about 4 seconds off my average :D

I do a true 4LLL: I orient my edges, orient my corners, permute my edges, and permute my corners. Each with only one algorithm.

Totals:
EOLL: 3 algs
COLL: 7 algs
EPLL: 4 algs
CPLL: 3 algs

Note: switching opposite corners is the same as switching opposite edges and doing U2, so that doesn't count as an alg.

P.S. Does anyone recommend that I do CPLL before EPLL, because I see a lot of people do that...

U remind me of me :)
here r some efficient options
orient LL edges, COLL 40algs, edge perm. 4algs = 44 algs
Petrus- couple of ll looks not recommended...
ZB - one look last layer! for lazy ppl (no offense) not recommended
(I think around 700 algs)
Fridrich - Oll PLL u could just orient edges, then oll u have to learn 7 algs
then just learn 21 pll algs It's worth it :)
If ur really determined, u could score sub 15!

PLLs are REALLY powerful, even with semi-n00bish OLL

with about 10 under my belt i was able to hover around 40sec *with a REALLY bad f2L*

Yes, do CPLL before EPLL

Wow! So I didn't have to learn that extra 'H' permutation for the corners? Adjacent corners swap is called 'H,' right?

I know the 7 algs for when the edges are oriented. Can do both those (The edge orient then one of hte 7) in about 5-7 seconds. I now know about 10 of the 21 PLLs. I think that will end up being my method. Isn't that the 3 look last layer?

None taken about the lazy thing. I'll be the first to admit it!
