The other day, I saw a LanLan 2x2 cube on ebay, and I saw that it had much of the same features as a 2x2 eastsheen, so I just wanted to know if they are the same exact thing. -Because if they are, then I am planning on getting one.

These are what they look like

Didn't Rowe think that the LanLan was a lot better then his eastsheen?
How is the Maru better then the LanLan, I heard Lanlan's cut corners better.

But that's just Rowe. My LL seems to be slower, and because of the good corner cutting, it pops, and locks up more. The maru is better in my opinion (If it's broken in).

Tighten the screws a bit and spray with jigaloo?

I think the 2x2s now are more of personal preference like 3x3s. Before, when the only good 2x2s around were eastsheen, everyone could agree on the "best cube".

If I tighten it so that it doesn't pop/ cuts as good as a maru, then it's even slower, and locks up even more. I have lubed it. I'm just going to stay with my Maru for now.

off topic kinda: I've heard that LLs are fragile and break easily.

are you supposed to lube Lanlan 2x2s? I didn't dare...and I think I should preserve the slow turning so it cuts corners better.
