How can i get faster at 4x4x4?

I Average about 2:10-2:15 on 4x4 and want to know how to get faster.
I kind of use double edge pairing and can solve centers in about 25 seconds-It takes about another minute just for me to finish edge pairing.

If you have any tips on how to get faster please tell me.

Practice. That's it. I use the same method and average sub 1:30.

Practice your 3x3 stage and edges stage. For edges, try slowing down to track pieces easier.

That's almost identical to me. Take 10 seconds of the edges, and it's me.
And richardzhang I believe uses one edge pairing, and he's sub 1:30, so the answer is just practise.

I use 1 pairing if i cant find the second pair. I use 2 pairing otherwise
