How does one get faster at reduction, 4x4x4

Hey, so I did some surfing but I couldn't find anything to help beginners in 4x4x4 for reduction. I average around 3 minutes and I know I can be faster with reduction but I don't know how to practice. Like what should I improve first and/or how? Thanks
I average 25 on 3x3x3 btw if that helps
