I need help restringing my magic after it broke, I have 16 strings, and 8 pieces, I think thats enough to rebuild the magic.

Does anyone have a tutorial on it or something?
I looks at Jaap's Page and Lucas's, but I just couldn't follow it.

Hang in there and try a bunch of times. I think it took me more than an hour to string my Magic the first time. Then it took less than 10 minutes the second time; now I can do the whole thing in less than 3, if I'm lucky. It's like solving - it just takes practice. There are certain ways to twist it that you only seem to be able to learn by doing, but eventually it gets easy.

After I finally got one string on, I wound up taking the whole thing apart a few times before I finally got it all together. Every time I did, I was tempted to throw the whole thing in the trash. But eventually I got it, and I decided that was my big cubing achievement of the week! Just keep trying.

I've often wondered if there shouldn't be a category on speedcubing.com for speed-stringing a Magic. :)

That sounds like the typical problem - and what made it so hard for me to learn.

I know you don't like that the video is in Chinese, but go back and watch that video (I just turn down the sound so it doesn't distract me. You'll see that there's a certain twist that must be done to make it fit, and once you learn that, it's not so bad.

Once you get that down, then you'll discover that putting the second string on (the one on the opposite side) is the REALLY hard part. And when you mess that up, of course that also messes up the first one and you have to start over from the very beginning. What fun! :)
