My slow solves. Evaluation please

one thing i noticed was you build you cross on the top you should try switching to the bottom or a lot of people do it on the left, it will save the cube rotation and you can look for your first f2l pair
also try learning to do f2l from different angles like instead of doing a y2 L' U' L you can do an R' U' R which is a lot faster

Yup Practice is the only way. D moves and M moves etc. will be hard at your speed, but keep practicing and eventually they will feel very natural.

Left middle finger. I sort of flick the edge in the D layer forward. For M2's I use a double flick with my middle and rind finger. I do it the same way I do M', except the ring finger flicks slightly before the regular middle finger flicks.
