Need some advice for how to get faster.

I'd argue by learning another method. Seriously CFOP has proven to be fast, but other developing methods are showing extreme potential.

Panda has shown that Petrus can be really fast, you will Roux, ZZ can be amazing, Fridrich isn't the only fast one.

I averaged 1:15 until I bought my first "not crappy" cube, a Rubi'ks brand storebought, that's not the most important thing now. You will have to practise a lot, until you feel the algorithms you know are smooth and natural, try to do some fingertricks by yourself.
Stick to LBL, you can reach like 1:10-ish with that method well known.
Don't learn difficult algorithms yet, just when you feel you are ready or you need them because you can't get faster.
Good luck!

I got down to 40 seconds with LBL.
Algorithms are no substitute for lookahead, understanding and fluency with your current method, and just plain practice. I know people with 30 -35 second averages and know full OLL and PLL. I average sub 30. I do 2 look OLL and I know 20 of 21 PLL algorithms.
