Some constructive criticism: Amazing turning speed, but deffo being let down by these pauses. There a massive (2-3 sec) one about 3/4 the way through. With your turning speed, eliminating pauses from your solve will undoubtedly take you sub-20.

I'm not quite at your turning speed, but in a similar place with lookahead, sometimes I get it and the whole solve flows really well, but all to often I just hit a brick wall, franticly searching for pieces..

The thing I found that sped me up the most is not doing as many cube rotations, and I notice you do quite a few of them (on F2L I'm saying)
