I want to buy a Macbook.

Can anybody help me out? I want to buy one but my mom said if I got 500$ she would buy my computer for 300$ and I would have to come up with the other 200$.

Is there anyone out there with a Macbook willing to sell it?

you will find that macs do not depreciate (i used to be a retailer) and so it will be difficult finding a new model macbook for that kind of cash

I didn't ask for a price, I would rather buy a used Mac for 700$ than a new one for 1000$.

If you look on eBay long enough and do some searching, you can find really good deals. I got a slightly used Macbook Pro (15") for around $700 shipped due to a misspelled title. It also had a warranty on it and retailed over $2000.
