Yu is a more all-around cuber than erik is isn't he?

I think I'm more well rounded then both of them ( I have more continental records than those 2 combined <_< (in a legitimate continent.))
--EDIT--
I'm actually 1 record short of this![]()
Is it just me or does he have tons of Nike t-shirts?
Every time he questioned buying a new one, someone told him to 'just do it'.

Did you seriously just come up with that?
He looks so uninterested. There was no enthusiasm in that at all. It's really sad that he's quitting, it'll be a great loss for the cubing community. Hopefully he'll enjoy himself at the Japan Open..
I can remember reading somewhere on this forum that Yu learned all of Fridrich in two weeks. Can anyone confirm this? Also, does anyone know how long he's been cubing?
Exactly. But it could also be that "Yu has only competed in the events he is very good at"Yu is very good at all the events he has ever competed in

On the old Cutex website, cubingtechniques.com, he had a list of big accomplishments for him.
I used the Internet Wayback Machine to find it once, so I'll go look again.

It took him 2 months, not 2 weeks, which is still incredible.![]()
Dude.... that's normal. It took me like 5 months to get sub 30. Over a year and I'm only like 15-17 secondsWhat the hell? I've been cubing for almost 3 months and I'm still sup-30! How is this possible?
