Blindfold Tutorial

I have just questions on blindfold solving.I have seen tutorials on it like the pochmann method,and that something 'M' method(i forgot it).these are the methods i only know.

a.)What do you think is the fastest method on blindfold solving?
b.)What do you think is the easiest method on blindfold solving?

Is there any good tutorial on these methods? (like video tutorials-if possible)

Again there are plenty of threads with those two questions and please, if you can't remember a method called M2 then you will have a hard time during memo
